About The Position

Diamond Braces is hiring a full-time Registered Dental Assistant for its fast-growing, technology-driven orthodontic organization. The role works alongside orthodontists to provide patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. Candidates with general dentistry experience who are transitioning into orthodontics may receive training and support. The position is on-site, and local travel between nearby offices may be required. Some evenings and Saturdays are part of the schedule.

Requirements

• Be licensed as a Dental Assistant; state requirements apply.
• Have at least one year of dental experience.
• Have reliable attendance.
• Be positive, coachable, and eager to learn.
• Be organized and detail-oriented.
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Orthodontic experience.
• Digital scanner experience.
• Passion for continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Assist chairside during orthodontic procedures.
• Take digital X-rays, intraoral scans, photographs, and impressions.
• Prepare treatment rooms and orthodontic instruments.
• Sterilize instruments according to OSHA standards.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care.
• Document clinical notes accurately.
• Fabricate Essix retainers and assist with laboratory procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment.
