Our well-established private practice in the heart of Lawson Missouri is seeking a Dental Assistant that shares our passion for patient care and education, as well as creating a welcoming environment.

Requirements

Dental assistant licensure (if applicable) compliant with the State Dental Board with no adverse actions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both the team and patients
Proficient with Google Workspace products and working with dental software (open Dental)

Responsibilities

Perform all dental assisting duties in a manner that is best for the patient in accordance with all state dental board requirements
Work with a team of individuals doing the basics of sterilization and office duties to open and close the day.
Work chairside with our doctors as partners in patient care
Work collaboratively with the team on scheduling, ensuring an exceptional patient experience, and maintaining the condition of the practice and equipment
