About The Position

Creekside Endodontics is seeking a compassionate and skilled Dental Assistant to support providers during treatment, help deliver outstanding patient care, and contribute to the efficiency of the practice. This role is part of a busy integrated care team. Registered Dental Assistant status is preferred, and pay is based on experience. The schedule is full time, Monday through Friday. Additional responsibilities may be assigned.

The salary range is $25–$30 per hour. Compensation is based on role, experience, performance, and contributions, with the company stating that it regularly reviews compensation practices and conducts pay equity audits.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Dental Assistant Certification.
• Dental assisting experience.

Nice To Haves

• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) status preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide chair-side clinical support to doctors by assisting, charting, educating patients, and setting up and cleaning up operatories.
• Deliver a superior patient experience throughout appointments.
• Take dental X-rays.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Complete sterilization processes for equipment and operatories.
• Welcome, comfort, and educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Follow infection control protocols, maintain patient confidentiality, and comply with workplace regulations.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
