About The Position
The Dental Assistant joins a general dentistry team and provides patient care while supporting clinical and laboratory procedures. This is a full-time position of 35–40 hours per week at one location and is not remote. The job description will be discussed during the interview process.
Requirements
- Massachusetts Dental Assistant License.
- Radiology Certificate.
- CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, maintenance, and proper tray setups.
- Perform chairside procedures efficiently.
- Follow sterilization, biohazard, and infection control procedures in compliance with protocol.
- Direct patient flow efficiently through teamwork and communication.
- Perform applicable laboratory procedures.
- Maintain a positive rapport with team members and patients.
