About The Position

Havasu Dental Center is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant for their practice in Lake Havasu City, AZ. The role involves chairside assisting, patient care, taking digital x-rays, operatory setup and sterilization, and clinical collaboration. The practice offers a modern, well-equipped facility and a supportive team environment. They are willing to train and mentor the right candidate, including entry-level certified assistants. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM.

Requirements

Able to work Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM in Lake Havasu City.
High reliability, friendly demeanor, strong team orientation, and an eagerness to learn.

Nice To Haves

Arizona Dental Radiography (X-Ray) Certification (Clinic is willing to assist candidate in obtaining certifications).
Prior clinical chairside experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Partner closely with doctors during restorative and preventive dental procedures.
Seat patients warmly, review health histories, explain treatment steps, and ensure an empathetic, stress-free chairside experience.
Take high-quality dental radiographs accurately and efficiently.
Prepare, sanitize, and break down treatment operatories, maintaining strict infection control protocols.
Support inventory management, restock clinical supplies, and maintain seamless communication with the front office team.
