Dental Assistant (with RDA)

About The Position
The Dental Assistant is an important member of the clinical team, working alongside general practitioners and other specialty clinicians to serve patients. The role supports multiple aspects of the practice, including greeting and guiding patients and assisting throughout the office as needed. The schedule is Tuesday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Compensation is $28.00–$32.00. Benefits depend on employment status and hours worked.
Requirements
- Meet state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for assigned duties in the state of employment, such as RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or an equivalent credential as required.
- Hold current CPR/BLS certification or be able to obtain it before the start date.
- Have knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and commitment to excellent patient care.
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures.
- Help educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies.
- Support efforts to improve oral health, solve dental challenges, and better smiles.
- Greet and guide patients and help across the office as needed.
