About The Position

Palm Harbor Prestige Dental is seeking a talented Dental Assistant to join their growing team. This private practice focuses on making dental visits fun, relaxing, and patient-focused. Requirements

• At least 2 years of Dental Assisting experience
• Strong knowledge of General Dentistry
• X-ray certification (required)
• Friendly, dependable, team-oriented, and patient-focused

Nice To Haves

• Experience with digital scanning/CEREC (a plus!)
• Experience with Eaglesoft as a dental software (a PLUS!)

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and guide them to the appropriate treatment room
• Assist the doctor during exams and procedures
• Maintain knowledge of existing & emerging dental technologies
• Monitor and manage lab materials and supplies
• Build trusting, positive relationships with patients
• Follow all OSHA/HIPAA protocols
• Clean, sterilize instruments, and prepare treatment rooms
• Take, expose, and mount high-quality dental radiographs
• Support team goals and daily practice efficiency
• Maintain a safe, clean, and secure clinical environment
