About The Position
Golden Hills Family Dental is seeking an experienced, patient-focused Dental Assistant to join its team at a well-established private practice in El Dorado Hills, California. The practice emphasizes teamwork, quality care, a positive and welcoming work environment, and the use of modern dental technology to deliver exceptional patient experiences. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and every other Friday from 7:45 AM to 1:00 PM. Compensation is $27.00 per hour.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of dental assisting experience.
- Current Dental Assistant Certification.
- Current California X-Ray License.
- Experience with iTero digital scanning.
- Experience assisting with Invisalign cases.
- Experience with CEREC restorations.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Dependable and detail-oriented, with a commitment to outstanding patient care.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft practice management software.
Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms and assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures.
- Take high-quality digital radiographs.
- Capture accurate iTero digital scans.
- Assist with Invisalign treatment workflows.
- Support same-day dentistry using CEREC technology.
- Educate patients before and after treatment.
- Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment.
- Help patients feel comfortable and well cared for throughout their visits.
