About The Position

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Dental Assistant to support dental care services in a structured, outpatient clinic in Richmond, VA. This role functions as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior populations. The setting operates within a community-based outpatient clinic model where clinic staff are on-site full time, with organized scheduling and patient flow, a coordinated, team-based care environment, and a value-based model focused on seniors. CMC manages equipment, supplies, scheduling, billing, and logistics, allowing the care team to focus entirely on delivering high-quality patient care. This is not a high-volume corporate dental environment; dental assistants work within established clinic environments supporting care for seniors as part of a coordinated healthcare team, emphasizing quality over volume, consistency and predictable scheduling, administrative and logistical support, long-term clinic partnerships, and ethical, mission-driven healthcare delivery.

Requirements

• 2+ years Dental Assistant experience required
• Active Radiation Certificate
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Strong organizational and patient communication skills
