About The Position

North Shore Endodontics - Brookline is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to support its specialty endodontic practice and contribute to providing exceptional, compassionate patient care. The role involves assisting the doctor with dental procedures, supporting patient flow, preparing treatment rooms, taking digital radiographs, documenting patient information, and organizing supplies. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, in Brookline, Massachusetts.

Requirements

Active Dental Assistant and Radiology Certification in Massachusetts.
At least 1–2 years of dental assisting experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
Reliability and punctuality.
Commitment to providing compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service and demonstrate excellent chairside manner.
Assist the doctor with dental procedures.
Take patient radiographs using standard digital dental radiographic equipment.
Perform procedures efficiently and accurately to maintain the doctor’s schedule and patient flow, minimize patient wait time, and remain flexible, engaged, and prepared.
Clean and set up treatment rooms.
Review patient charts before the doctor arrives and record appropriate patient data during examinations and treatment.
Order and organize dental supplies.
