About The Position

Lakeshore Family Dentistry is hiring full-time Dental Assistants for its Greendale and Fox Point, Wisconsin, locations. Guaranteed hours are based on a strong patient base, and the owner doctor meets with provider teams monthly for support.

The schedule offers a full-time, three- to four-day workweek, with flexibility to work three full days or a mix of full and half days. Available shifts run from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., with a two-hour lunch break from noon to 2 p.m.; morning shifts are available from 7 a.m. to noon and evening shifts from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.

The Dental Assistant works primarily with general dentists and also supports the hygiene team. The role focuses on patient care and supporting dentists in delivering dental care, while also contributing to patient communication, education, and other office functions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down treatment rooms for dental procedures.
