About The Position
Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Dental Assistant to support dental care services in a structured, outpatient clinic-based environment in Lafayette, Colorado. The role extends the clinical team in a coordinated, community-focused setting serving seniors. The position operates within a community-based outpatient clinic model. Clinic staff are on-site full time, and the work environment emphasizes organized scheduling and patient flow, coordinated team-based care, and a value-based model focused on seniors. CMC manages equipment, supplies, scheduling, billing, and logistics so the care team can focus on patient care. This is not a high-volume corporate dental environment. Dental assistants work in established clinic environments as part of a coordinated healthcare team. The organization emphasizes quality over volume, predictable scheduling, administrative and logistical support, long-term clinic partnerships, and ethical, mission-driven healthcare delivery. The role is scheduled for 3–4 visits per month on weekdays, with hours determined by clinic needs. Compensation is $27 per hour, and the position may be 1099 or W-2, as applicable.
Requirements
- Dental Assistant experience is required.
- Certification or registration is required if applicable in Colorado.
- Strong organizational and patient communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience treating senior populations is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Dentist during exams and procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments.
