About The Position

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is hiring a Part-Time Dental Assistant to support our providers in a structured, outpatient clinic environment serving senior patients in the Orlando area. This is a stable, team-based role with consistent hours, supportive staff, and a calm, organized workflow. This role offers no nights, no weekends, and a predictable 1-2 day workweek with full-time stability. It is a low-stress, community-based clinic setting (not a high-volume office) with mission-driven work supporting seniors who truly appreciate your care. Strong administrative and logistical support is provided so you can focus on patients. This is an excellent fit for someone who values consistency, teamwork, and meaningful patient interaction. You’ll work within a community-based outpatient clinic model, not a mobile route or high-pressure dental office. You can expect full-time clinic staff on-site, organized scheduling and predictable patient flow, coordinated, team-based care, and a value-based model focused on senior populations. Our Dental Assistants are essential partners in ensuring smooth clinic operations and exceptional patient experiences.

Requirements

• 1+ years of chairside Dental Assisting experience preferred
• Certified/Registered Dental Assistant
• Active Radiation Certificate
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and infection control standards
• Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift and transport equipment (25–50 lbs.)
• Must pass a federal background check and drug screening
• Professional, punctual, and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist chairside for general dentistry procedures
• Set up, break down, and maintain portable dental equipment
• Follow strict sterilization and infection control protocols
• Support patient comfort, communication, and education
• Complete basic charting, documentation, and administrative tasks
• Represent CMC with professionalism, compassion, and reliability
