Dental Assistant
About The Position
Gentle Dental is hiring a Dental Assistant for its Carlsbad office, with travel to surrounding offices in the San Diego, California region. The role supports the company’s vision of providing accessible, integrated oral healthcare and contributing to patient and community well-being. Gentle Dental seeks teammates who care, listen, and are motivated to help patients and communities. This is a full-time position. The listed pay range is $23.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on experience. Qualifications that may increase starting pay include experience, EFDA certification, X-ray certification, Spanish bilingual skills, and Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) status when applicable.
Requirements
- Board-approved 8-hour infection control course
- Certificate from a Dental Assisting Program
- Valid health care provider CPR/BLS Certificate
- OMSA or DAANCE required, among other requirements
