About The Position

Fountain Dental Center is an established general dentistry practice that has been serving our community for over 20 years! We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant or EDDA to join our team full-time, Monday-Friday. We offer a nice team and approachable doctors that are easy to work with, the opportunity to learn and grow your skill set as an EDDA, and a loyal patient base that feels like family.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a dental assistant in general dentistry is required
• Active CPR Certification required
• X-Ray Certification required

Nice To Haves

• Expanded Duty Dental Assistant (EDDA) Certification preferred
• Dental Assistant Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Genuinely welcome patients into the practice and ensure their comfort
• Assist the dentist chairside with a variety of dental procedures
• A thorough review and update of the patient's health history
• Setup and breakdown of operatories
• Sterilize dental instruments according to OSHA regulations
• Present and enter treatment plans into Denticon
• Assist with stocking and ordering inventory
