About The Position
UEI College is seeking a Dental Assistant Instructor for its Garden Grove campus. The instructor delivers quality educational instruction and helps students develop the technical and soft skills needed to secure employment in their new careers. The role includes supporting students throughout their education and helping them achieve their educational goals. Teaching experience is not required; training will be provided.
Requirements
- Thirty-six months of combined related industry and/or teaching experience.
- For California schools, a minimum of three years of dental-field experience and an RDA license are required.
- California applicants must have held an RDA license for three years and maintain a valid, current RDA license throughout employment.
- For California schools, X-Ray, Coronal Polishing, and Pit and Fissure certifications are required.
- For Florida-based schools, an EFDA is required unless the individual graduated from a CODA-accredited school.
- For Florida schools, a minimum of five years of experience is required.
- For Georgia schools, a CDA, EDDA, or EFDA certificate, or three years of experience, is required.
- For Arizona schools, an Arizona Board-approved certificate in Radiology is required.
