About The Position

Dental Health Associates is looking for a Dental Assistant to join their Sun Prairie (AmCenter) clinic, working alongside Dr. Marilyn Henry on their Endodontic team. This is a 4-day work week with Mondays off, offering consistency in schedule and the opportunity to build strong relationships with patients and the team.   • High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous dental assistant experience.
  • Familiarity with dental procedures and terminology.
  • Comfort assisting in surgical or specialty procedures is a strong plus.
  • Completion of a dental assistant program is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and efficiency.
  • Prepare, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and schedule appointments.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
  • Provide post-operative instructions and help patients feel informed and comfortable throughout their visit.
