About The Position

Dental Health Associates is seeking a Dental Assistant to join their Endodontic team at the Sun Prairie (AmCenter) clinic, working with Dr. Marilyn Henry. This role offers a consistent 4-day work week with Mondays off, providing an opportunity to build strong relationships with patients and the team. Dental Health Associates is a doctor-owned dental practice with seven clinics in the Madison area, committed to exceptional dental care and a growth-oriented workplace. Nice To Haves

Previous dental assistant experience.
Familiarity with dental procedures and terminology.
Comfort assisting in surgical or specialty procedures is a strong plus.
Completion of a dental assistant program is preferred but not mandatory.
Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and efficiency.
Prepare, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments.
Maintain accurate patient records and schedule appointments.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
Provide post-operative instructions and help patients feel informed and comfortable throughout their visit.
