About The Position

Join our team at Rochester Dental Center, a friendly, patient focused dental practice committed to exceptional care for patients of all ages in Rochester, Indiana. We’re looking for a dedicated Expanded Function Dental Assistant to help us continue providing outstanding preventive care and build lasting patient relationships.

Requirements

• Valid Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification in Indiana or ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire.
• 2+ years of dental assisting experience preferred (new EFDAs with strong clinical skills welcome!)
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures, infection control, and radiography
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset
• Team-oriented attitude with flexibility and a commitment to continuous learning

Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay base hourly rate $30.00/hour plus monthly office bonus incentive making annual compensation well over $65,000 a year
• Sign on bonus of $5,000
