Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience required
  • Coronal Polishing Certificate is mandatory
  • Experience in customer service or administrative roles—healthcare or dental preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • A passion for teamwork and delivering excellent patient care

Responsibilities

  • Provide chairside assistance, including coronal polishing and hygiene support
  • Prepare and maintain operatories and instruments for seamless patient workflow
  • Accurately document patient care and assist with charting
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and post-care instructions
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to enhance your clinical and administrative skills
  • Ensure compliance with practice policies and high standards for the patient experience
