About The Position
We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Assistant 3 to join our team. Our practice is committed to delivering exceptional patient care in an environment where both patients and team members are treated with respect, trust, and genuine support.
Requirements
- CPR/X-ray certification
- Must possess a current and valid EDDA or EFDA Certificate (Except Indiana, Kentucky, Texas, and Utah)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Any offer of employment is contingent upon the Company’s determination that the candidate has successfully passed a background check, including a drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the treatment room for patients
- Provides instrumentation by sterilizing and delivering instruments to the treatment area; positioning instruments for the dentist's access, suctioning, and passing instrument.
- Remove temporary crown and cements
- Place and remove dental dam, remove temporary crown and cements, fabricate temporary crowns - multi units, Prepare and assist with endodontic procedures
- Completes Clinical notes before dismissing patients
