Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment to demolish structures and remove debris efficiently.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to understand project scope and demolition plans.
  • Assist with site preparation by clearing debris, sorting materials for recycling or disposal, and setting up safety barriers.
  • Support construction management by adhering to safety protocols, inspecting sites regularly, and documenting progress with detailed reports.
  • Collaborate with team members on tasks such as concrete breaking, framing removal, roofing teardown, and masonry cleanup.
  • Use construction estimating skills to gauge material needs and assist with project planning.
  • Perform general site cleanup and ensure all work areas comply with safety standards and regulations.
