About The Position
All Care Health is seeking caregivers interested in supporting clients living with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and other memory-related changes in their own homes. Good memory care begins with patience, consistency, and respect for the person.
Requirements
- Patience, calm communication, observation, reliability, and respect for dignity matter.
- Applicants should be willing to learn and able to follow the client service plan.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with dementia or Alzheimer's care is helpful, but all applicants are considered.
- Family caregiving experience may be relevant.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship, reassurance, and familiar daily routines.
- Assist with personal care, meals, medication reminders, mobility, and safety monitoring.
- Use calm redirection and supportive communication.
- Provide respite for family caregivers.
- Report changes or concerns and support independence whenever safely possible.
