Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking experienced and compassionate caregivers to join their team for a married couple living with dementia in Plano, TX. This role offers consistent weekly schedules with flexible days, making it ideal for caregivers seeking steady hours without a full-week commitment. The clients require frequent supervision, assistance with daily activities, and a caregiver who can confidently maintain a structured and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will be patient, attentive, dependable, and experienced in working with individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease.

Requirements

• Experienced in dementia or Alzheimer’s care
• Patient, compassionate, and dependable
• Comfortable caring for two clients during the same shift
• Confident providing redirection and maintaining established routines
• Attentive and able to manage the needs of both clients
• Reliable and committed to their selected weekly schedule
• Have a valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and are comfortable transporting clients to appointments
• Dementia/Alzheimer’s care experience preferred
• Reliable personal vehicle and ability to transport clients
• Valid driver’s license
• Pass background check

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship and supervision
• Assisting with activities of daily living and personal care
• Providing frequent reminders and gentle redirection
• Assisting with mobility and transfers as needed
• Providing transportation to appointments and other necessary outings
• Preparing or assisting with meals
• Completing light housekeeping and laundry
• Maintaining established routines for both clients
• Helping maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Communicating changes or concerns to the office team
