The Opportunity As our Demand Writer in our Personal Injury Pre-litigation department, you will have the opportunity to draft Personal Injury demand letters and obtain justice for our clients that underwent wrongful death, TBIs, catastrophic injuries, and major orthopedic cases.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience working in a personal injury law firm.
  • Ability to review and organize medical records and bills.
  • Must be able to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience handling a large volume of personal injury cases and a proven track record of drafting successful demand letters.
  • Type at least 40 wpm.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare successful demand packages for personal injury matters.
  • Draft well-written demand letters that clearly establish the facts of the case and outline the injuries and damages sustained by the client.
  • Calculate damages, including lost wages, property damage and medical expenses.
