About The Position

Alive and Well is seeking an experienced Demand Planning/Data Integrity Manager to support the growth and expansion of its Retail Business and Supply Chain. This role reports to the Chief Retail Officer and is crucial for guiding the company's growth and expansion into omnichannel retail. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in demand planning, forecasting, purchasing, data management, and retail industry experience.   • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or related discipline.
  • Up to 25% travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the LS system's POS (Point of Sale) functions, including customer-facing aspects, training, utilization, troubleshooting, and execution.
  • Act as the point person for the Shopify-LS integration to ensure accuracy of e-commerce data and assortment.
  • Roll out new LS functionality across all existing and new locations, including membership tracking, loyalty programs, card on file, and promotional planning.
  • Develop robust Demand Planning processes and build a team across the organization, leveraging technology for optimization and efficiency.
  • Evaluate current processes, identify best practices, and implement them across the organization.
  • Improve collaboration between Demand Planning, Suppliers, Retail Store Teams, Distribution Centers, and Finance to align demand expectations.
  • Develop and train on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for purchasing, receiving, PO management, and inventory functions, including counts.
  • Implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for inventory efficiency, movement, and accuracy.
  • Serve as the point person for new vendor/item negotiations and setup, ensuring consistency and accuracy in processes.
  • Manage price maintenance and strategy to maximize margin and ensure accurate costs/retails are executed across all locations.
  • Support and streamline the ordering/fulfillment process between the Clinic and patients.
  • Develop special order processes and guidelines, including provider requests and back bar inventory.
  • Assist with event planning and execution, both on-site and off-site.
  • Manage seasonal planning and execution.
  • Oversee LS integrations with other Alive and Well systems such as Lifefile, Mind Body, and Cerbo.
