About The Position

To support Alive and Well’s next phase of growth, we are looking for an experienced Demand Planning/Data Integrity Manager to support the growth and expansion of our Retail Business and Supply Chain. Reporting to the Chief Retail Officer, this is an impactful role where you will leverage your expertise in demand planning, forecasting, purchasing, data management and experience in the retail industry to guide our growth and expansion into omnichannel Retail.   • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

  • POS(LS) Subject Matter Expert(SME) for LS system: POS system – all customer facing aspects including POS training, utilization, trouble shooting and execution. Point person for Shopify-LS integration to ensure ecommerce data and assortment accuracy. Roll out new functionality across all locations and as well as new locations. (ie - Membership tracking, Loyalty program, Card on File, promotional planning)
  • Demand Planning(LS): Develop a robust Demand Planning Processes and team across the organization. Leverage technology to drive optimization and efficiency. Evaluate current processes, identify best practices and cross deploy throughout the organization. Improve collaboration between Demand Planning, Suppliers, Retail Store Teams, Distribution Centers, and Finance to drive better alignment in demand expectations
  • Inventory Management – Develop and train on SOP’s for purchasing, receiving, PO mgmt. inventory functions and counts. Implement KPI’s for inventory efficiency, movement, and accuracy.
  • Vendor Management – Point person for new vendor/item negotiations and set up with processes in place for consistency and accuracy
  • Price Management – Point person for price maintenance and strategy to maximize margin and ensure accurate costs/retails are executed across all locations
  • Support and streamline ordering/fulfillment process between Clinic and patients
  • Develop special order process and guidelines to include provider requests as well as back bar inventory
  • Project Management: Event planning assistance and execution both on site as well as offsite. Seasonal planning and execution. LS integrations with other Alive and Well systems such as Lifefile, Mind Body, and Cerbo
