Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) Business, or related field, plus three (3) years’ experience in a support or customer service environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Aptitude in Microsoft Excel required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Cognira, Biceps, Retalix HQ, Itasca (CGO), preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Improve forecast accuracy and reduce stockouts across assigned categories.
- Optimize inventory levels and distribution efficiency across stores and DCs.
- Enhance promotional execution and seasonal readiness.
- Strengthen cross-functional alignment within S&OP processes.
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts to improve accuracy and support revenue growth.
- Analyze promotional, seasonal, and holiday demand patterns to drive inventory decisions
- Lead forecasting for ad events and quantify expected uplift and variance.
- Monitor forecast performance and implement continuous improvements.
- Partner with Sales, Merchandising, Finance, and Supply Planning to align forecasts with S&OP cycles.
- Design and execute distribution strategies that improve in-stock levels and DC efficiency.
- Support marketing programs by forecasting redemption-driven demand
- Drive best practices in demand planning, reporting, and data integrity.
