The Demand Planning team plays a critical role in driving accurate, data-informed forecasts that support operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. This team (1) drives the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain, (2) collaborates closely with Business Units to capture market intelligence, customer trends, and new product introductions, and (3) influences executive-level decisions with data-driven insights and scenario planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, data science, or related fields with 1-3 years of related professional Demand Planning and/or Supply Chain experience OR Master’s degree with limited experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite; high proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI

Nice To Haves

  • Semiconductor Industry experience
  • Experience in using LLM (Large Language Models) for forecasting
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for improving demand forecast accuracy using advanced forecasting techniques
  • Drive adoption and improvement of Statistical models using Machine Learning
  • Analyze Market trends, backlog, bookings, point-of-sales, and etc. against historical trends to identify anomalies
  • Create targeted forecasting techniques for various customer and product segmentation
  • Publish and monitor supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Ad-hoc projects that involving cross-functional teams from Finance, Sales and Product Marketing teams
