About The Position

The Demand Planner will be responsible for managing the demand and supply of Custom Product Agreements (CPAs). Key focus areas will be improving inventory planning, optimizing stock status, and ensuring timely processing of CPA requests. As part of the broader forecasting team, the Demand Planner will contribute to company‑wide planning efforts and serve as a reliable backup to colleagues, providing support in Salesforce and Fusion when needed, and strengthening overall supply chain performance by delivering timely, accurate reporting and continuously reducing inventory risk. Success in this position looks like consistently enhancing forecast accuracy, reducing delays in CPA execution, and proactively collaborating with Sales and Operations to identify gaps, refine stocks, and minimize excess inventory. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (2-5 years experience)
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets (min. intermediate-level Microsoft Excel skills)
  • Analytical thinking: Ability to identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Ownership Mentality: Takes full responsibility for maintaining accurate CPA data and driving process integrity.
  • Sense of Urgency: Acts quickly when there is changes in CPA issues
  • Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy of CPA records, and inventory risk reporting.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly, builds strong partnerships and positively influences stakeholders to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

  • Manage CPAs entering process from start to finish
  • Maintain and update CPA master data
  • High‑quality, on‑time reporting and follow up
  • Support company‑wide forecasting processes and team initiatives.
  • Provide backup coverage for other team members as needed.
