The Demand Planner will be responsible for managing the demand and supply of Custom Product Agreements (CPAs). Key focus areas will be improving inventory planning, optimizing stock status, and ensuring timely processing of CPA requests. As part of the broader forecasting team, the Demand Planner will contribute to company‑wide planning efforts and serve as a reliable backup to colleagues, providing support in Salesforce and Fusion when needed, and strengthening overall supply chain performance by delivering timely, accurate reporting and continuously reducing inventory risk. Success in this position looks like consistently enhancing forecast accuracy, reducing delays in CPA execution, and proactively collaborating with Sales and Operations to identify gaps, refine stocks, and minimize excess inventory.
