As a key member of the Demand Planning team, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes. Job Title: Demand Planner Reports To: Demand Planning Manager Location: Austin, TX Business Unit Description: Commercial Operations Job Title/High-Level Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Demand Planner to support forecasting and planning for our lower extremity product portfolio. This role will play a key part in driving forecast accuracy, supporting S&OP/SIOP processes, and partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning.

Requirements

3–4 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or related supply chain planning roles
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain , Business, Finance, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)

Nice To Haves

Experience with Kinaxis ( RapidResponse /Maestro) or similar advanced planning systems
Familiarity with statistical forecasting methods (e.g., ARIMA, exponential smoothing)
Understanding of S&OP/SIOP processes
Proficiency in SQL or comparable data querying tools

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain statistical and consensus demand forecasts for lower extremity product lines
Analyze historical data, trends, seasonality, and market intelligence to improve forecast accuracy
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to incorporate business insights and market dynamics into the forecast
Participate in SIOP processes, including demand review and reconciliation meetings
Monitor forecast performance using key metrics (e.g., MAPE, bias) and identify opportunities for improvement
Support scenario planning and risk/opportunity analysis
Maintain data integrity within planning systems and ensure alignment across functions
Communicate forecast assumptions, risks, and changes to stakeholders
