Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, commercial roles, or Customer Service / Marketing with proven data and analytical skills.
  • Experience in data modeling, demand analytics, or forecasting
  • Direct experience with ERP & planning systems required — OMP/SAP/BW proficiency strongly preferred.
  • Experience with large datasets, advanced Excel, Power BI, or equivalent analytics tools is a plus.
  • University degree in supply Chain, Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
  • Strong analytical mindset; able to transform data → information → knowledge/insight.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets, performing trend analysis, building data models, and validating data quality.
  • Strong understanding of digital planning tools and integrated business systems (e.g., OMP, SAP, BW).
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present complex data simply.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure operational environment.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, collaboration, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international and culturally diverse environment.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and personal accountability.

Nice To Haves

  • Discrete manufacturing experience highly preferred.
  • IBP(Institute of Business Forecasting) Certification CPF & ACPF , candidates may obtain certification within the first 6 months of the assignment

Responsibilities

  • Own the accuracy, quality, and integrity of all demand forecasting data.
  • Lead creation of the statistical baseline forecast, leveraging historical data, trend modeling, and digital forecasting tools.
  • Support the Differentiated Forecast Strategy (DFS) and ensure execution across product segments.
  • Review and challenge Sales Collaborative input using data‑driven insights.
  • Enrich the Initial Consensus Forecast when required and apply adjustments to produce the Final Consensus Forecast.
  • Document all forecast assumptions, drivers, and risks.
  • Analyze historical demand patterns, trends, seasonality, mix changes, and leading indicators.
  • Develop and communicate multiple demand scenarios based on business conditions, risks, and opportunities.
  • Ensure that all demand scenarios are available in OMP for supply chain evaluation.
  • Prepare and present data‑driven insights during Demand Reviews, IBP cycles, Sales Policy reviews, and DSRs.
  • Continuously improve Forecast Value Add (FVA) and forecast performance metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain on demand priorities and constraints.
  • Lead the Demand Review process and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a long‑term forecast (3–5 years) to support strategic business planning.
  • Partner with Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Sales to operationalize rules and policies that fulfill demand and support customer experience.
