Our facility in Littleton, CO has an immediate opportunity for a level 3 Manufacturing Support Team Member (Demand Manager/Supply Analyst) to join our mission.

Requirements

  • Must have 2-3 years of prior experience in a manufacturing, production, scheduling, and/or operations environment
  • Experience using ERP/WM systems, excel and Microsoft project.
  • Experience with Demand and Supply Chain analysis in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience aligning engineering to ERP demand structures through network requirements for manufacturability, material masters and Bills of Material
  • Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma processes and critical path analysis
  • Experience developing and leading projects
  • Experience with MS Office suite
  • Must be a United States citizen and be able to obtain a Secret security clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Active Secret security clearance
  • 3+ years of prior experience in a manufacturing, production, scheduling, and/or operations environment
  • Knowledge of formal problem solving methodologies, and ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously when provided work instructions.
  • Ability to build and maintain a strong network or utilize their knowledge or experiences to influence solutions that benefits business partners
  • Analytical skills to establish, maintain and interpret key metrics to drive manufacturing processes
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve material and scheduling challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and without direct supervision.
  • Experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform demand simulations and analysis to measure enterprise and customer attainability
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of supply chain pipelines and demand structures clearly and effectively communicate status, issues and path forward plans to multiple levels of the organization
  • Perform planning, execution, and maintenance of demand, and supply orders for demand stream material components, subassemblies and deliverable assemblies.
  • Maintain ERP system integrity to drive accurate demand, material and production schedules
  • Perform procurement look ahead analysis to proactively manage conflicts and obstacles in order to minimize any impact to hardware delivery
  • Identify alternate supply chain processes that improve schedule performance
  • Coordinate revision changes with engineering and supply chain counterparts
  • Partner with Procurement and other Supply Chain stakeholders to develop and manage time-phased procurement plans that align with manufacturing needs.
  • Work with Engineering and Change Board Representatives to update and maintain accurate BOM configurations.
  • Gather relevant information systematically, consider a broad range of issues or factors; grasp complexities and perceives relationships among problems or issues
