We are seeking a Demand Generation Specialist for our Industrials vertical, who will play a critical role in executing strategic marketing initiatives that generate pipeline and revenue across the Industrial Manufacturing market in North America. This position offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with marketing operations, creative services, content marketing, product marketing, solutions marketing, sales teams, and industry advisors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proactive self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
  • Eagerness to learn quickly through self-led and collaborative learning.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, budget, and execute vertical marketing campaigns across digital, events, PR, and other channels.
  • Develop full-funnel programs to drive awareness and source new pipeline opportunities for the Industrials sales team.
  • Create and manage social-first content strategies for memorable social media campaigns targeting key accounts.
  • Oversee paid social media efforts, including budgeting, targeting, and content development.
  • Plan, develop, and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Lead webinar and video marketing initiatives to engage prospects and customers.
  • Direct and approve content development for campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Track and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Manage and optimize SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic and paid search performance.
  • Create and implement A/B testing plans to enhance digital marketing effectiveness.
  • Contribute creative ideas and recommend new tactics to strengthen account engagement.
