About The Position

Suite is a small, fast-moving team that builds tools to power creative work, enabling teams to store, share, and edit massive media files easily, facilitating smooth and fast collaboration. The company works with projects ranging from global music hits to Super Bowl halftime shows and immersive experiences. Suite is hiring a Demand Generation Manager, AI to lead pipeline-focused marketing. This role involves building and executing programs to create demand, capture intent, and convert interest into qualified opportunities. The ideal candidate is performance-oriented and AI-first, capable of leveraging AI to enhance segmentation, targeting, campaign production, testing, lead nurturing, reporting, and funnel optimization, with the goal of building a smarter, faster demand engine from scratch.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing in B2B SaaS
  • Proven ownership of paid campaigns, nurture programs, landing pages, and funnel optimization
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with campaign and CRM data
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve execution and decision-making
  • Strong operator mindset with a bias toward testing and iteration

  • Experience in technical SaaS, infrastructure software, workflow tools, or creative-tech markets

Responsibilities

  • Own demand generation strategy and execution across paid, email, landing pages, nurture, retargeting, and campaign testing
  • Build full-funnel programs that generate qualified pipeline and support revenue growth
  • Use AI to improve audience research, campaign development, personalization, reporting, and performance analysis
  • Create AI-assisted systems for faster campaign iteration and better conversion optimization
  • Partner closely with sales to improve lead quality, follow-up, and pipeline progression
  • Build persona-based and use-case-based campaigns that speak to the right buyers
  • Improve funnel performance from first touch through qualified opportunity
  • Develop clear reporting on pipeline contribution, conversion, and efficiency
