We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Demand Generation and Content Specialist with a builder mentality. This role involves writing thought leadership articles, scoping landing pages in Figma, and pulling CRM/Salesforce campaign performance reports. The specialist will report to the VP of Marketing and own demand generation for fullthrottle.ai from lead to post-sale, including content strategy, email automation, paid campaign management and asset design, CRM operations, and reporting. The ideal candidate understands B2B SaaS buying cycles, knows how to generate qualified pipeline, and drives demand by creating valuable content that turns prospects into loyal clients. This role requires someone who moves fast, needs minimal direction, can manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously, and can pivot without losing momentum.
