The Customer Demand Analyst is responsible for analyzing and managing customer demand for assigned accounts or programs to support accurate forecasting, supply alignment, and customer satisfaction. This role serves as a key interface between customers and internal stakeholders by translating customer demand signals, forecasts, and ERP data into actionable insights. The analyst develops a deep understanding of customer demand behavior, customer ERP system processes, and the interaction between customer systems and the company’s order management and planning systems. The role is customer‑facing and plays a critical part in maintaining demand stability, identifying risks, and supporting operational decision‑making.
