About The Position

Delta Technicians are front-line representatives responsible for power-washing vehicles before they enter the car wash and thoroughly cleaning the interior by vacuuming and wiping down all components. This role also involves sweeping, mopping, picking up trash, cleaning restrooms, removing snow, and performing light maintenance. Technicians have the opportunity to earn performance-based incentives and tips upon certification. A key responsibility is achieving 100% customer satisfaction by upholding Delta Sonic's car quality standards. Depending on staffing needs, technicians may work in the carwash or detail shop. The pay rate is $16.25 per hour, and this is a non-benefited position.
