About The Position

Delta Technicians are front-line representatives responsible for preparing vehicles for the car wash and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves power-washing exteriors, vacuuming and wiping down interiors, and maintaining the cleanliness of the facility. The position offers opportunities for performance-based incentives and tips upon certification, and Technicians can work in either the car wash or detail shop depending on needs. Requirements

Responsibilities

Power-washing vehicles prior to entering the car wash
Thoroughly cleaning the interior of vehicles by vacuuming and wiping down all interior components
Sweeping, mopping, picking up trash, cleaning restrooms, removing snow, and performing light maintenance
Achieving 100% customer satisfaction by ensuring Delta Sonic's standards for car quality
Working in the carwash and/or detail shop, depending on the location's staffing needs
