About The Position

S.i. Systems, Canada's largest privately owned IT staffing and consulting firm, is seeking an experienced recruiter ready to advance their career into a player-coach leadership role. As a Delivery Team Lead (DTL), you will blend personal recruiting success with team leadership, mentoring recruiters, sharing best practices, and contributing to a high-performing delivery team, all while maintaining an active recruitment desk. This role is based in Vancouver, BC.

Requirements

  • Current Senior Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of consistent performance at or above KPI expectations (for internal candidates).
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and support peers (for internal candidates).
  • Strong reputation for collaboration, accountability, and professionalism (for internal candidates).
  • Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (for external candidates).
  • Minimum 3 years of IT staffing industry experience (for external candidates).
  • Demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring, training, or leading recruiters (for external candidates).
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving recruitment and placement targets (for external candidates).
  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to balance personal performance with team development responsibilities.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.
  • Passion for helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of recruitment opportunities from intake through placement and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines aligned to client needs.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to deliver exceptional client results.
  • Consistently achieve individual recruitment and placement targets.
  • Model best-in-class recruiting behaviours and execution.
  • Coach and mentor recruiters on sourcing, candidate assessment, interviewing, negotiation, and placement strategies.
  • Support onboarding and development of new team members.
  • Share market intelligence, sourcing techniques, and industry best practices.
  • Act as a trusted resource for recruiters seeking guidance and support.
  • Help foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Support training initiatives, team workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Assist in monitoring team performance and identifying development opportunities.
  • Ensure recruiting activity is accurately maintained within company systems.
  • Contribute ideas that improve team productivity, efficiency, and results.
