About The Position

As a Delivery Stream Engineer, you will verify quality and technical requirements for projects, products, and service deliveries for Westinghouse, from the bid phase and component design through manufacturing and delivery. You will also evaluate all suppliers as requested by the Delivery Stream Manager. This evaluation will include working with customers and reporting for opportunities related to Westinghouse APx Supply Chain. You will report to the Delivery Stream Manager and work a mobile/hybrid role based in Cranberry, PA.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in engineering Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial
• 0+ years' experience
• Knowledge of programming software helpful
• Willingness to travel to support emergent project issues/supplier development.
• US Citizen. You must meet the criteria for access to our partner's and client's technologies and meet import/export controls laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for personal, industrial, and nuclear safety as a fundamental part of their job.
• Guide/Support Supplier Identification and down selection.
• Support completion of Supplier Audits and Technical Evaluations.
• Improve/Support completion of NDA/PIA negotiations.
• Creating the Manufacturing and Process Plan estimates for use in design option selection or validation of cost and schedule.
• Implement Supplier Oversight Quality Assurance (QA) Technical Witness and Hold Points.
• Create Agendas and Lead Kick-Off meetings with Suppliers.
• Conduct scheduled meetings (e.g., bi-weekly, weekly) with Supplier and Westinghouse Project Support Team Members.
• Manage/Promote Westinghouse Project Support Team Execution.
• Manage execution of required Supplier QA Witness and Hold Points.
• Hold pre-job briefs and kick-off meetings for important/critical PO manufacturing activities.
• Support Purchase Order (PO) Change Notices.
• Provide periodic Project Schedule Updates.
• Provide periodic Customer Status Updates.
• Ensure all required Supplier PO scope is complete, including fabrication, testing and documentation.
