About The Position

Plaza Infiniti is seeking a full-time Delivery Specialist to join their expanding Sales Support Team. This role is crucial in providing premier customer service to sales customers, ensuring they are confident in their vehicle purchase, have an exceptional experience, and understand their car ownership journey. The position involves educating customers on vehicle features, warranty details, and maintenance requirements, as well as introducing them to service and parts personnel. A key aspect of the role is following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and striving for high rankings on manufacturer surveys.

Requirements

Valid Driver’s License, with less than 2 moving violations
Must be at least 18 years old
2 years of Retail/Direct to consumer sales experience
Must be able to effectively communicate and demonstrate each feature of the vehicle
Must be available to work nights, weekends and/or be on-call
Ability to explain technology to individuals who may/may not be technologically inclined
Self-Starter with proven ability to seek out new ways to build opportunities for the dealership and customer satisfaction

Bilingual skills is preferred

Responsibilities

Supervises all vehicle deliveries, ensuring that each customer is informed of the vehicle's warranty details, maintenance requirements, and features, particularly those related to safety
Introduces customers to service and parts personnel, indicating shop location and hours of operation
Follows up with all sales and warranty customers within 48 hours to ensure customer satisfaction
Strives for high ranking on manufacturer surveys
