About The Position

Plaza Infiniti is expanding its Sales Support Team and is looking for a full-time Delivery Specialist to provide premier customer service to sales customers. This role involves ensuring customers are confident in their vehicle purchase, have an exceptional experience, and understand the next steps in their car ownership journey.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License, with less than 2 moving violations
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • 2 years of Retail/Direct to consumer sales experience
  • Must be able to effectively communicate and demonstrate each feature of the vehicle
  • Must be available to work nights, weekends and/or be on-call
  • Ability to explain technology to individuals who may/may not be technologically inclined
  • Self-Starter with proven ability to seek out new ways to build opportunities for the dealership and customer satisfaction

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual skills is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supervises all vehicle deliveries, ensuring that each customer is informed of the vehicle's warranty details, maintenance requirements, and features, particularly those related to safety
  • Introduces customers to service and parts personnel, indicating shop location and hours of operation
  • Follows up with all sales and warranty customers within 48 hours to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Strives for high ranking on manufacturer surveys
