About The Position

The Delivery Specialist safely transports PepsiCo products, including brands such as Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos, to local stores and helps keep shelves stocked. The role operates a box truck on an assigned route, handles product loading and unloading, checks in orders with store receivers, and builds relationships with store managers to support sales, displays, and local and national initiatives. The position is based in Little Rock, Arkansas. The listed workdays are Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, with a 10 a.m. start and 10 p.m. end. Hands-on and classroom on-the-job training is provided. The work is fast-paced and physically active, with much of the day spent on the go, lifting, bending, and moving products. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
May be required to work weekends, holidays, and off-shift hours.
Required work hours may be up to the legal limits allowed by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety regulations.
Must have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and be able to obtain other licensure as required by state law.
Must be able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Must be able to lift 15 to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a box truck to transport products to and from assigned route stores.
Deliver products to assigned route stores.
Load and unload products from trailers and/or box trucks.
Check in orders with store receivers.
Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
