Delivery Services Consultant
About The Position
Our Delivery Service Team consists of Program Managers, Project Managers, Agile Coaches, and Scrum Masters. As a Delivery Services Consultant, you will be responsible for empowering our teams and clients to deliver high value solutions. You will need to be self-motivated, results oriented, and be able to ramp up quickly. Key responsibilities will include: Partnering with our clients to solve business and process challenges, Enabling Hylaine teams to efficiently deliver high value solutions, and Leveraging process and tools to streamline client delivery. With exposure to all our service lines and various clients, you will need to be comfortable working across technologies and industries. You should also be passionate about helping others succeed.
Requirements
- Proactive Mindset: Ability to problem solve and proactively identify risks along with options to mitigate.
- Clear and Concise Communication: Ability to communicate with diverse audiences, as well as present to client stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience in delivery management
- Exposure to and ability to deliver results using various methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid Agile.
- Basic understanding of the technology behind our projects
