About The Position

The Delivery Service Driver role is part of a candidate referral pool for current and future openings in the delivery operations network. Requirements

• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Ability to lift, move, and transport merchandise safely throughout the workday.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of delivery, transportation, or customer-facing driving experience preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Previous experience operating pallet jacks, hand trucks, or similar material handling equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company delivery vehicles and complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Deliver customer orders accurately and on time while providing outstanding customer service.
• Load, unload, and secure products to prevent damage during transportation.
• Process customer returns and required delivery documentation.
• Maintain route schedules and communicate delivery obstacles or customer concerns to management.
• Follow company safety standards, transportation regulations, and operating procedures.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and support operational excellence within the delivery team.
• Learn multiple routes and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
