About The Position

The Delivery Service Dispatcher will focus on generating cases for billing disputes and service of CO2 tanks. This position involves logging calls, creating service tickets, scheduling and dispatching service, and assisting with billing disputes, gas refills, and equipment safety issues. The role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. The comprehensive training program includes three weeks of classroom instruction followed by one week of hands-on training with a supervisor.

Requirements

• Proficiency in customer service.
• Experience in dispatch and logistics.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to perform manual order entry.
• Basic computer navigation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
