About The Position

The Delivery Route Driver loads, delivers, and performs basic setup of Xerox equipment at customer locations. With training and support, the driver ensures equipment is operational and customer-ready while providing a helpful and friendly customer experience. The role also includes warehouse work such as unboxing equipment, cleanup, quarterly inventory control, and assisting with warehouse operations as needed. The position follows a consistent Monday-to-Friday daytime schedule, with opportunities for overtime. The driver operates a company-provided box truck, completes daily vehicle inspections and delivery logs, and may be subject to an annual DOT physical and drug screening when operating vehicles over 10,000 lbs.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license.
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. and move equipment on inclines and uneven surfaces.
Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools and technical connections.
Familiarity with smartphones, GPS, and Microsoft applications.
Excellent customer service, organization, and communication skills.

Experience operating a 16’–26’ box truck.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a company-provided box truck and perform daily vehicle inspections.
Deliver and set up copiers, printers, and other office technology equipment at client locations.
Unbox equipment and perform warehouse cleanup and quarterly inventory control duties.
Provide basic customer onboarding and training on new devices.
Connect equipment to network cables and fax lines as needed.
Maintain delivery documentation and accurately complete daily logs.
Assist with warehouse operations when necessary.
