Experienced Delivery Route Driver (JC)
About The Position
Ground Logistics is now hiring Full-Time & Part-Time FedEx Delivery Drivers in the Johnson City, TN area. You’ll be delivering to local homes and businesses — no long hauls, no CDL required! This role involves starting each day at 8:00 AM at the Johnson City terminal, loading packages into a company-provided step van/box truck, and delivering to local homes and businesses. The route is completed when all packages are delivered. Responsibilities include scanning and logging packages, and unloading as needed. This position offers the opportunity to be active and outdoors while working.
Requirements
- 1 year of verifiable driving experience in the last 3 years (any delivery, truck, courier, rideshare, etc.)
- Clean driving record & at least 21 years old
- Able to pass drug test, background check, and DOT medical exam
- Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs (150 lbs with a cart)
- Comfortable delivering 100+ stops/day
- Must live within 25 minutes of Johnson City, TN
Nice To Haves
- Driven For: UPS, Amazon, DHL, previous FedEx companies, Walmart, Uber, Lyft — or any similar driving/delivery role.
