About The Position

Xerox is seeking a Delivery Route Driver / Warehouse Associate to handle a variety of warehouse activities involving the receipt, inspection, storage, picking, and distribution of office equipment, supplies, and other goods, as well as basic equipment setup. This is a full-time position with daytime hours, Monday through Friday.

The role includes receiving and shipping products, loading and unloading vehicles, preparing equipment for shipment and delivery, checking orders, maintaining the warehouse, operating a forklift and other warehouse equipment, and assisting with deliveries and inventory as needed. The position requires standing for more than eight hours, regularly lifting 50–70 pounds, safely maneuvering oversized and overweight equipment, and working in a warehouse that may not be climate-controlled.

Xerox provides hands-on training on its equipment and warehouse safety and responsibilities, along with ongoing career development training.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience using a smartphone, tablet, and/or laptop.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications and the Internet.
• Ability to stand for more than eight hours and regularly lift 50–70 pounds.
• Able to safely maneuver oversized and overweight equipment.
• Able to work in a warehouse environment that may not be climate-controlled.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience is preferred.
• Experience operating a forklift is preferred.

Responsibilities
